Sat 9/17/22 – Barchen Oktoberfest 6-10 pm, Barchen Beer Garden, Omaha, NE

Sun 9/18/22 – Bricktoberfest 12-2 pm, Brickway Brewery & Distillery, Omaha, NE

Challenge: Get your picture taken with the PoPo at all three and you will receive a special prize.

Attention Cadets: It is FINALLY our favorite time of year – Oktoberfest! So, the Polka Police are headed to Minnesota this weekend to headline the Germanic-American Institute‘s St. Paul Oktoberfest on Friday and Saturday nights September 9 and 10, 2022. The PoPo shows start at 6:30 pm each night but there is fun all weekend including the Bavarian Musikmeisters, Jimi, Jimi, Jimi the dancing Polka Pirate, and The Jolly Huntsmen Polka Band – so head north this weekend!

Attention Cadets: The Polka Police are busting Bergfest at the Barchen Beer Garden this Saturday, August 20, 2022! ‘Bergfest‘ means little party but we think it will be big. The PoPo party starts at 7 pm and goes until 10 pm.

Attention Cadets: The Polka Police will bust the Audubon Library’s Music in the Park on Thursday, August 4, 2022 from 7-8:30 pm. It will be an evening of sharing and possibly a little learning about all things Audubon. Bring a lawn chair or just dance – it’s up to you.

Attention Cadets: DaneStock is happening this weekend and the Polka Police are going to bust it!

Head to Danish Countryside Vines and Wines on Friday, July 29, 2022 from 7-8:30 pm to see the PoPo but there is great music and fun is happening all weekend.

Attention Cadets: The Polka Police will bust Sommerfest at Liederkranz in Grand Island, NE on Saturday, July 23 from 4-6 pm. It will be fun for the whole family so we hope to see you there!

Attention Cadets: The Polka Police are hosting the “Polka Police Weekend Tour Challenge” contest this weekend. Get a selfie with the band at all 3 shows and you will win a prize of your choice: Polka Police shirt, hat or stein/urinal.

1.) Head to St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin this Friday, July 15, 2022 from 8-10 pm the PoPo will bust Wannigan Days.

2.) Check out the Mighty Nish Band at the Barefoot Bar on Lake Okoboji on Saturday, July 16, 2022 from 2:30-6:30 pm.

3.) Then round out your weekend at the at the Barefoot Bar on Sunday, July 17, 2022 from 2-6 pm.

Attention Cadets: The Mighty Nish Band is heading to The Barefoot Bar at Okoboji on Lake Okoboji this Saturday, June 25, 2022 and we hope to see you there! Lt. Lederhosen and Sgt. Squeezebox will be there undercover – hiding in plain sight.

Attention Cadets: On Friday, June 17, 2022 the Polka Police will bust the Adiar Sesquicentennial from 7:30 to 9:30 pm at the Fire Hall.

Here’s what Adair Sesquicentennial Committee has to say about the PoPo: ‘The Polka Police, playing Friday evening from 7:30-9:30 at the Adair Fire Hall, play VERY few polkas. They are two very funny, very talented musicians that play a variety of music, including oldies.’ – Thanks for the kind words!

On Saturday, June 18, 2022 the Polka Police will bust Polish Fest at the Crescent Moon / Huber Haus from 9-11 pm. Can’t wait for some perogies!
