Attention Cadets: The Polka Police will bust a grape stompin’ harvest party at Prairie Crossing Winery on Sunday, August 25, 2019 from 2-5 pm. Let’s get sticky!
Here’s the scoop: Celebrate Iowa grapes and wine at the annual Harvest Party and Grape Stomp! Grape stomping from 12-2 / Live Music by Polka Police from 2-5.
Complimentary wine tasting / lunch available for purchase / grape stomping for all ages / FUN!!
If interested in the grape stomp plan to arrive at the winery at noon. Teams of two will register in the tasting room and then head to the vineyard to pick a bucket of grapes. Stomping will commence around 12:30. Prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place (based on weight of juice collected). Family friendly and all ages welcome to participate. Team registration fee is $10. This event is rain or shine and will be held outside – grape stomping is too messy inside! If the weather does not cooperate the music will be moved inside. $5 cover. Cheers!
