35 Minutes of PoPo Bliss at the OEA Awards Showcase

The Polka Police will play a blistering 35 at The Sydney in Benson, NE this Friday, December 6, 2013 at 7 pm for the Omaha Entertainment and Arts Awards Showcase.

The Polka Police was nominated for a OEA award in the ethnic category along with these esteemed artists: Edem Kegey, Mariachi Las Cecilias, Omaha Pipe and Drums, Rhythm Collective, The Bishops.

PoPo will bust CB Skin Secrets Ladies Night

Look out! The Polka Police will bust CB Skin Secrets Ladies Night. Here’s the details:
Ladies’ Night is Tuesday Oct. 8, 2013 from 6-8pm in the 2HA classroom of the 201 Ridge building behind Jennie Edmundson Hospital. Wine and other beverages, snacks, giveaways, great deals and sales for the event, the opportunity to see your skin’s sun damage with the Reveal camara and get 75$ off a BBL treatment, check out other local vendors, enjoy music by the Polka Police (~6:30-7pm) and more is planned. Come Fall into Fun! (and yes, men can come along!)

Polka Police will Bounce with the Poulos’

The Polka Police will bust Poulos’ FUNdraiser on Sunday, September 22, 2013 from 4:30 to 5:30 pm at West Fair outside Council Bluffs, Iowa!
Here’s the details:
Join the Poulos’ for a day with family & friends at this FUNdraising event.  There will be inflatable rides & face painting for the kids, auction items, grilled burgers and hot dogs. Wristbands will be $10 for the inflatables.  In September of 2012 Danny was diagnosed with Glioblastoma – brain cancer.   Over the past year he is been undergoing multiple therapeutic treatments and continues to fight the batttle.  The funds raised go directly to support the family.  If you would like to donate to the event… please contact one of the following: Jill Stroebele Struyk  Yvette Perdue Andi Bach Coziahr Brenda Eby Bader  We would be happy to pick up the donation from you! Po-Po Bust Ar-to-re-tum

The Polka Police will be busting the Ar-to-re-tum pre-opening on Friday around 7 pm. All Polka Police fans are invited.

This is a public exhibit in Sioux City to benefit The Sioux City Conservatory of Music! We welcome you to visit with good walking shoes as it is on natural trails. The walk is about a mile, no strollers, and parking on the south side of 45th street.

Polka Police bust Treynor this Friday, July 12

The Polka Police will rock the Club House Sports Bar & Grill at the TRA in Treynor this Friday, July 12 from 8-10 pm.  Not to brag but the PoPo is probably one of the best accordion suitcase drums duos to ever hit the TRA.
