Head on over to Barley’s Bar in Council Bluffs after the Iowa Special Olympics Polar Plunge on Saturday, March 21, 2015 to enjoy fun, food, drink, drawings and live music by the Jason Earl Band, Unscene Patrol, and the Polka Police! Participants of the plunge (and chickens) who raise the $75 minimum are free; all others can purchase admission at the door for $10.00 to benefit Special Olympics.
